What happened

Able Home Care suffered a major data breach. On July 22, 2025, a group known as Worldleaks claimed responsibility for the cyberattack and posted about it on the dark web.

This type of cybersecurity incident often compromises patient both personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI). The total number of affected individuals has not been released, but could be in the thousands.
