An investigation revealed that there was unauthorized access to Kettering Health's environment between April 9, 2025, and May 20, 2025. During this time, files and folders containing sensitive information related to KH Credit Union members may have been viewed or acquired without authorization.
Notably, the incident was limited to Kettering Health's systems and did not involve KH Credit Union's own network.
