Who is eligible for a data breach payout?
Class members are individuals located in the United States who received a notification letter from Arcis Golf LLC informing them that their personal information was or may have been compromised in the November 2023 data incident.
How much is the class action settlement payment?
Eligible class members may claim one or both of the following benefits:
- Reimbursement for out-of-pocket losses: Claimants who experienced financial losses that can be traced to the data incident may submit a claim to receive up to $5,000 in unreimbursed expenses and losses. Qualifying expenses include:
- Unreimbursed monetary losses, fees and costs due to identity theft or fraud, falsified tax returns or other misuse of personal information
- Costs incurred on or after Nov. 13, 2023, for purchasing or extending credit monitoring and identity theft protection services or freezing/unfreezing credit reports
- Pro rata cash payment: All class members may claim an estimated cash payment of $50. The final payment amount may be adjusted due to the number of claims filed but will not exceed $300 per claimant.

To receive a settlement payment, class members must submit an online claim form or download and print the PDF claim form to mail or email to the settlement administrator.

Required proof and claim information
- To submit an online claim, class members must provide the claim ID and PIN from their settlement notice.
- To submit a claim for reimbursement of out-of-pocket losses, class members must supply supporting proof, such as receipts, bank or credit card statements showing unreimbursed losses or fees due to fraud or identity theft and proof of purchase for credit monitoring services or freezing/unfreezing accounts.
