Goglia Nutrition offers personalized nutrition plans and digital solutions such as the G-Plans website and app, which is designed to help users achieve their health goals based on their unique metabolic type. The company operates out of multiple locations, with its principal address in San Diego and additional addresses in Oregon, Massachusetts and West Hollywood.
What happened?
On or before Oct. 16, 2024, G-Plans experienced a data breach through its data hosting provider, FuturHealth. An investigation determined that unauthorized actor accessed subscriber data. A review of the affected data was completed by Oct. 13, 2025 and FuturHealth began notifying G-Plan subscribers by mail on Oct. 17, 2025.

- Medical information provided as part of a subscription which may have included:
- Current and previous diagnosis
- Current and previous medical treatments
- Current prescriptions
- Medical provider information
- Health insurance information
The cybersecurity incident was reported to the California Attorney General's office on Oct. 30, 2025.
