







Goglia Nutrition, known for its personalized nutrition and weight management services through G-Plans, experienced a data breach that impacted the privacy of its subscribers. The cyberattack stemmed occurred through FuturHealth, a third-party data hosting provider for G-Plans. An investigation revealed that a threat actor gained unauthorized access and obtained sensitive data on or before Oct. 16, 2024.
A review was completed on Oct. 13, 2025 and determined that subscriber information was compromised in the incident. Exposed information included name and medical information provided as part of the G-Plans subscription.
FuturHealth began notifying affected G-Plans subscribers by mail on Oct. 17, 2025. The total number of affected individuals has not been released, but may be in the thousands. This type of cybersecurity incident can still put consumers at risk for identity theft and medical fraud.
The data breach was disclosed to the California Attorney General's office on Oct. 30, 2025.
In response to the breach, Goglia Nutrition and its vendor FuturHealth implemented additional security measures have been implemented to enhance the protection of subscriber data and minimize the risk of similar incidents in the future.
FuturHealth has also established a dedicated call center for subscribers with questions at 1-833-687-1464, available Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time.
