
Individuals who had their vehicle booted and paid a fee for its removal at 2440 Wesley Chapel Road or 2460 Wesley Chapel Road in Georgia between Feb. 5, 2013, and the present may be eligible to claim up to $500 from a class action settlement.
RCC Wesley Chapel Crossing LLC, along with Little Giant Farmers Market Corp., New Nails Salon & Spa LLC, Dollar Tree Stores Inc., River City Capital LLC and River City Capital Property Management LLC, agreed to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging they unlawfully booted vehicles at these two locations.
Who can file a claim?
Class members must meet all of the following criteria:
- They had a vehicle booted at either 2440 Wesley Chapel Road (Parcel ID 15 131 03 010) or 2460 Wesley Chapel Road (Parcel ID 15 130 02 110) in Georgia.
- The booting incident occurred between Feb. 5, 2013, and the present.
- They were the the owner or operator of the booted vehicle.
- They paid to have the boot removed.
- The booting happened before the parking lot complied with applicable regulations.
How much can class members get?
Eligible class members can receive up to $500 per valid claim. If the total number of valid claims exceed the net settlement fund, the settlement administrator will reduce the amount on a pro rata basis.
How to claim a class action payment
Class members can file a claim online or download, print and complete the PDF claim form (page 46 of the settlement agreement) to mail to the settlement administrator. The claim deadline is Feb. 24, 2026.

Only one payment is available per booting incident. Class members must submit a separate claim form for each incident.
What proof or documentation is required to submit a claim?
- To file an online claim, class members must log in using the claimant ID from their settlement notice and last name.
- All class members must provide:
- The address or parking lot where the booting occurred
- The date of booting
- The license plate number of the booted vehicle
- All class members must also provide documentation to support their claim. Acceptable proof includes:
- Evidence of the booted vehicle (such as a photo, registration or other documentation)
- Documentation of where and when the booting occurred
- Proof they drove the vehicle at the time of booting
- Proof of payment for boot removal (such as a receipt or a redacted credit card statement)
Payout options
The settlement administrator will mail paper checks to eligible class members.
$330,000 settlement fund breakdown
The $330,000 settlement fund includes:
- Settlement administration costs: Up to $50,000
- Attorneys' fees and expenses: Up to $155,500
- Class representative award: $10,000
- Payments to eligible class members: The remainder of the fund after fees and awards

When is the RCC Wesley Chapel Crossing settlement payout date?
The settlement administrator will mail payments to eligible claimants after the court resolves any appeals and grants final approval of the settlement.
