Consumers who purchased Joint Juice glucosamine supplements in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan or Pennsylvania during certain years may be eligible to claim $10 to $25 per product from a class action settlement.
Premier Nutrition Co. agreed to pay $70.84 million to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging it falsely advertised the joint health benefits of its Joint Juice products.
Who can file a claim?
Class members must have purchased any Joint Juice product in one of the following states during these time frames:

- Connecticut: Nov. 18, 2013, through Dec. 31, 2022
- Florida: Nov. 18, 2012, through Dec. 31, 2022
- Illinois: Nov. 21, 2013, through Dec. 31, 2022

- Claim-in class members: Individuals who did not receive a notice but purchased Joint Juice in one of the covered states and time frames. These members must file a claim to receive compensation.
Who is excluded from the class?
- Anyone who purchased Joint Juice only in New York (there is a separate settlement for New York purchases)
- Anyone who opts out of the settlement by the deadline
How much can class members get?

- $25 per unit for larger or concentrated products (such as 30-pack bottles, Easy shot 1-liters, 24-pack extra strength products and 30-pack On The Go! products)
Class members can claim up to six units without providing receipts. To claim more than six units, they must submit proof of purchase (such as receipts, order confirmations or retailer account history) for each additional unit.
Eligible products and payments:

- Ready-to-drink products (six-packs of 8-ounce bottles)

However, direct payment class members who have additional purchases beyond those listed in their notice must submit a claim for those extra units. Class members can file a claim online or download, print and complete a PDF claim form to mail in.
