Individuals who received a written notification from American National Bank & Trust informing them a data incident that occurred on Jan. 21, 2025, may have compromised their personal information could be eligible to claim up to $4,500 plus credit monitoring from a class action settlement.

  • Alternative cash payment: Class members who do not wish to submit documentation for out-of-pocket losses or are not claiming reimbursement for documented losses can instead claim a flat $50 payment.
  • Credit monitoring: All class members may claim one year of credit monitoring and identity theft protection services, which include three-bureau monitoring and at least $1,000,000 in identity theft insurance.
