Consumers who paid an order processing fee when purchasing tickets online through the Kings Theatre, Hudson Theatre or Lyric Theatre websites may qualify to claim a cash payment from a class action settlement.
ATG Tickets US LLC agreed to pay up to $997,380 to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging it failed to timely disclose order processing fees for online ticket purchases, potentially violating New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law § 25.07(4).

The class action lawsuit alleged ATG Tickets US LLC failed to timely disclose order processing fees for tickets purchased online through the Kings Theatre, Hudson Theatre and Lyric Theatre websites in violation of New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law § 25.07(4).
ATG denies any wrongdoing. Both parties agreed to settle to avoid the uncertainty and expense of further litigation and to provide compensation to affected consumers sooner.
