What Happened?

On July 21, 2025, The TEAM Companies detected unauthorized activity on its internal network. The company discovered that the breach occurred between July 15, 2025, and July 26, 2025. Upon discovery, TEAM isolated affected systems, notified federal law enforcement and engaged third-party forensic experts to investigate and contain the incident.

The breach affected at least 21,936 individuals in the United States, including residents in Maine (26), New Hampshire (23) and other states. The company notified affected consumers in writing on Nov. 21, 2025.
