North Florida Women's Care, a women's health medical group in Tallahassee, Florida, disclosed a data breach that exposed sensitive personal and medical information belonging to patients.

A filing with the Texas Attorney General dated Aug. 14, 2026, identified 253 Texas residents as affected by the incident.
