Settlement fund breakdown
The $600,00 settlement fund will cover:
- Settlement administration costs: Up to $47,500
- Attorneys' fees: Up to $200,000
- Attorneys' expenses: Up to $29,000
- Service award to class representative: $5,000
- Payments to eligible class members: The remainder of the settlement fund
The settlement administrator will donate any remaining funds from uncashed or cancelled payments to Privacy Rights Clearinghouse, a nonprofit dedicated to data privacy education and advocacy.
