TELACU Property Management manages third-party properties, and provides professional oversight for both conventional and subsidized rental housing. TELACU Residential Management operates TELACU-developed residential communities, prioritizing security, maintenance, and social service care for residents.

What happened?

On July 8, 2025, TELACU Property Management detected a cyberattack involving an unauthorized actor attempting to access its computer network. An investigation determined that sensitive personal information belonging to applicants and current and former tenants was compromised.

A review was completed on Nov. 3, 2025, and TELACU Property Management began notifying affected individuals by mail on Nov. 7, 2025.

  • Driver's license number
  • Social Security number

The data breach was disclosed to the California Attorney General on Nov. 9, 2025. The total number of applicants and tenants compromised in the cybersecurity incident has not been publicly released, but may include several thousand individuals.
