







Lands’ End Inc. experienced a major data breach impacting several thousand current and former employees. On Dec. 6, 2024, Lands’ End Inc. detected unauthorized access to a portion of its corporate network.
An investigation revealed that some data from the corporate network had been copied by an external party. The stolen data included personal information belonging to some current and former employees and some of their dependents.
The information was either provided to or collected by Lands’ End or was voluntarily stored by employees on Lands’ End-owned devices. Exposed information may include names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers and health insurance information.
Lands' End began notifying affected individuals by mail on Aug. 13, 2025. The data breach was also disclosed to the Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Montana Attorney Generals' offices, reporting at least 10,060 individuals affected.
In addition to required state and federal disclosures, Lands' End is offering 24 months of free Experian IdentityWorks credit and identity monitoring services to impacted people.
