Glendora Surgery Center, an outpatient surgical facility in Glendora, California, disclosed a data breach.

The breach was disclosed to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on March 27, 2026. Glendora Surgery Center discovered the breach on Dec. 3, 2025, and has since posted a notice about the incident on its website.

An unauthorized party accessed and removed medical information from a limited portion of Glendora Surgery Center's computer network between Nov. 29 and Dec. 3, 2025. After identifying suspicious activity on its network, the company launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity specialists to determine the nature and scope of the event.

The investigation determined that information relating to certain Glendora Surgery Center patients had been taken from the network without authorization during that five-day period.

The types of information present within the impacted systems included names and medical treatment information.

The company encouraged those affected to remain vigilant against incidents of identity theft and to report any suspicious activity to their insurance company, health care provider or financial institution.
