Who can file a claim?
To qualify as a class member, an individual must meet all of the following criteria:
- They applied for a job opening in Washington with Ardagh Glass Inc. between Jan. 1, 2023, and March 2, 2026.
- The job posting for the position did not include a wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of benefits
Ardagh Glass Inc. used its records to identify eligible class members. Individuals who received a notice about this settlement are likely included.
How much can class members get?
Class members who submit a valid claim form are eligible to receive an equal share of the net settlement fund. The estimated payment per class member is $1,314.70, but the actual amount may vary depending on the total number of valid claims submitted.
The settlement fund is structured as follows:
- If 151 or fewer class members submit valid claims, the settlement administrator will distribute the minimum settlement fund amount of $404,795 equally among all claimants.
- For each additional claimant above 151, the administrator will increase the fund by $1,310.33 up to a maximum of $602,000.
- No individual class member will receive more than $5,000. If their calculated share exceeds $5,000, the settlement administrator will distribute the excess to the Legal Foundation of Washington.
- The settlement administrator characterizes all payments as nonwage damages and will report them on IRS Form 1099.
How to claim a class action payment
Eligible class members can file a claim online or download, print and complete the PDF claim form (Page 24 of the settlement agreement) to mail or email to the settlement administrator. The claim deadline is May 29, 2026.

Information required
To file an online claim, class members must log in to the settlement website using the notice ID & PIN printed on the settlement notice they received. Class members who are unable to locate their ID and PIN should contact the settlement administrator at info@EPOASettlementAGI.com or 888-369-3780 and provide their full name and mailing address.
Payout options
The settlement administrator will mail checks to the addresses class members provide on their claim form. Class members must cash their settlement checks within 180 days of issuance. If they do not, the administrator will send the funds to the state of Washington as unclaimed property.

The settlement fund ranges from $404,795 to $602,000, depending on the number of valid claims submitted. The fund will cover:
- Settlement administration costs: Up to $15,000
- Attorneys' fees, costs and expenses: $177,590
- Service award to class representative: $15,000
- Payments to approved class members: The remainder of the fund after deductions
