
Individuals who received a notice stating the AllTrust Networks and Aspire USA data breach that occurred in February 2024 impacted their private information may be eligible to submit a claim for up to $2,550 plus credit monitoring from a class action settlement. The cybersecurity incident affected approximately 161,359 people.
Valsoft Corp. Inc. d/b/a AllTrust Networks and Aspire USA LLC agreed to settle a class action lawsuit alleging they failed to adequately protect personal information, resulting in a cybersecurity incident that potentially exposed sensitive data. This data could include names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, dates of birth, government-issued identification numbers, financial account information and email usernames and passwords.
Who can file a claim for a data breach payout?
- Class members are living individuals residing in the United States who received a notice indicating the data breach that occurred between Feb. 12 and Feb. 15, 2024, may have impacted their private information.
- California subclass members are living individuals residing in California at the time of the data breach.
How much will the settlement payment be?
Class members can select one or more of the following benefits:
- Cash Payment A – Documented losses: Class members can claim up to $2,500 for extraordinary documented losses that occurred between Feb. 14, 2024, and Mar. 3, 2026, and are traceable to the data incident. Another source must not have reimbursed the losses.
- Cash Payment B – Flat cash: Class members who do not submit a documented losses claim can submit a claim to receive a flat cash payment estimated at $25.
- The total pool for this payment is capped at $200,000. If total claims exceed this amount, the settlement administrator will reduce payments on a pro rata basis.
- California statutory claim payment: California subclass members may submit a claim to receive an additional cash payment of $50.
- This pool for this payment is capped at $100,000. If total claims exceed this amount, the settlement administrator will reduce payments on a pro rata basis.
- Credit monitoring services: All class members can elect to enroll in one year of CyEx’s Financial Shield Pro, which includes one-bureau credit monitoring, dark web scanning and alerts, security freezing, victim assistance, $1,000,000 in identity theft insurance with no deductible and complimentary access to fraud resolution agents.
How to claim a class action rebate
To claim a settlement payment, class members can file a claim online or download and print the PDF claim form to complete and mail to the settlement administrator.

Required proof and claim information
Class members claiming documented losses (Cash Payment A) must submit documentation. They must provide reasonable documentation, such as receipts, correspondence or telephone records, to support their claim. Personal certifications or affidavits alone are not sufficient, but class members may include them for context.
- Online claims require the notice ID and confirmation code from settlement notice class members received.
- Documented losses claims require proof, which may include receipts, invoices, bank or credit card statements, correspondence and other proof of expenses and losses traceable to the data breach.

Why is there a class action settlement?
The class action lawsuit alleged AllTrust Networks and Aspire USA experienced a cybersecurity incident in February 2024 that potentially exposed sensitive personal information belonging to several thousand people. The plaintiffs claimed negligence, breach of implied contract, unjust enrichment and violations of California consumer protection laws.
