  • Nevada Restaurant Services Inc. employed them at any time between Jan. 1, 2019, and Oct. 14, 2025.

How much can class members get?

The total settlement fund is $1,200,000. The settlement administrator will distribute the amount among eligible class members who submit valid claims. The specific amount each person will receive depends on several factors, including the number of approved claimants and the severity of each claim.

The EEOC will review each claims questionnaire to assess eligibility and determine the compensation amount for each claimant. It will distribute payments on a pro rata basis, meaning it will divide the total fund among all approved claimants based on the facts and impact they describe in their questionnaires. Some claimants may receive more or less depending on the details of their experiences.

There are no specified minimum or maximum award amounts.
