California residents who purchased parking through airportparkingreservations.com or airportparking.com between July 1, 2024, and March 10, 2025, and paid a mandatory service charge may qualify to claim a cash payment from a class action settlement.

Cavu eCommerce (AMER) LLC agreed to pay $425,000 to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it failed to properly disclose a mandatory service charge for online bookings in violation of California’s Honest Pricing Law.

Who can file a claim?

Class members must meet all of the following criteria:

  • They are a California resident or were one during the relevant period.
  • They made a reservation through airportparkingreservations.com or airportparking.com.
  • They paid a mandatory service charge at checkout.
  • The reservation occurred between July 1, 2024, and March 10, 2025.

How much can class members get?

Pro rata payment: Each eligible class member can receive a pro rata share of the $425,000 settlement fund. The amount each person receives depends on the service charges they paid, the total number of valid claims submitted and the total service charges all claimants paid. This means class members who paid more in service charges will receive a larger settlement share.

How to claim a class action rebate

Class members can complete the online claim form or download, print, fill out and mail the PDF claim form to the settlement administrator. The claim deadline is Jan. 15, 2026.

Settlement administrator's mailing address: Cavu Service Charge Settlement Administrator, P.O. Box 3486, Portland, OR 97208-3486

What proof or documentation is necessary to submit a claim?

All class members must provide the unique ID from their settlement notice. Online claimants must also provide the PIN from the same notice. Those who did not receive a notice or lost theirs should contact the settlement administrator via email at info@CavuServiceChargeSettlement.com and provide their full name, address and email address.
