Eligible expenses include professional fees (such as those for attorneys or accountants), costs for credit repair services, fees for freezing or unfreezing credit, credit monitoring costs incurred after the incident and other miscellaneous expenses, such as bank fees, notary, postage, copying and travel expenses. These claims require supporting documentation.
  • Credit monitoring: Two years of credit monitoring services, including identity theft insurance of at least $1,000,000
  • Cash payment: A pro rata cash payment of up to $100 from the remaining settlement fund after the settlement administrator pays credit monitoring and out-of-pocket losses costs. The actual amount depends on the number of valid claims and costs of credit monitoring.
