What Happened?

On March 3, 2026, RXNT discovered unauthorized activity within one of its software solutions used by several healthcare clients.

A thorough investigation with third-party cybersecurity experts determined that between March 1 and March 3, 2026, an unauthorized actor accessed and obtained copies of data stored in RXNT’s system.

RXNT began notifying affected customers on May 1, 2026, and started mailing notices to impacted individuals on May 28, 2026.
