RXNT is headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, and employs over 100 people.

What Happened?

On March 3, 2026, RXNT discovered unauthorized activity within one of its software solutions used by several healthcare clients. A thorough investigation with third-party cybersecurity experts determined that between March 1 and March 3, 2026, an unauthorized actor accessed and obtained copies of data stored in RXNT’s system. This data included sensitive patient information from multiple healthcare organizations.

RXNT began notifying affected customers on May 1, 2026, and started mailing notices to impacted individuals on May 28, 2026. The breach impacted tens of thousands of people in multiple states, including Texas, Massachusetts, South Carolina, Washington, Vermont and New Hampshire.

Information Exposed:

  • Names
  • Social Security numbers
  • Dates of birth
  • Medical information
  • Health records
  • Demographic information (such as addresses, contact information and patient IDs)

No payment card, bank account or other financial information was involved in this incident.
