What Happened?
RXNT experienced a data breach that was first reported by the HIPAA Journal on May 6, 2026. Unauthorized activity was detected within an RXNT solution used by some of its healthcare clients.
The breach occurred between March 1, 2026, and March 3, 2026. During this time, an unauthorized actor gained access to and obtained a copy of data stored in the system.
After a thorough investigation, RXNT confirmed that the following types of patient information were exposed:
Information Exposed:
- Patient names
- Dates of birth
- Demographic information such as addresses
- Contact information
- Patient IDs
