What Happened?
Quatrro discovered a data security incident on Dec. 7, 2025, and launched an investigation. The investigation revealed that unauthorized access to certain files occurred between Nov. 11 and Nov. 19, 2025. On Feb. 25, 2026, Quatrro determined that these files contained sensitive personal information.
Notification letters were sent to affected individuals on March 23, 2026.
