What Happened?
Optalis Management Solutions discovered unauthorized access to its network occurred between April 14 and April 19, 2025. Following the incident, the company launched an investigation with outside cybersecurity professionals to determine the extent of the breach. The investigation concluded on June 10, 2026.
It was determined that sensitive personal information was removed from their network during the breach.
Information Exposed:
- Full names
- Social Security numbers
- Driver’s license numbers or state identification numbers
- Credit or debit card information
- Financial account information
- Medical treatment and diagnosis information
- Health insurance policy numbers
On June 29, 2026, Optalis Management Solutions disclosed the breach to the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office. The company began notifying affected individuals, including at least 20 residents in Massachusetts.
