ISC connects insurance markets with retail and wholesale distribution channels to create end-to-end insurance products. The company’s programs include commercial property, hospitality, trucking, contractors, general liability, workers’ compensation, inland marine, commercial auto and other specialty lines.
What Happened?
ISC experienced a data breach involving a third-party vendor’s cloud platform.
Suspicious automated access activity was detected on a single account used for electronic document execution and management. An unauthorized third party accessed a single ISC workspace between June 8, 2026, and June 11, 2026, downloading certain files.
ISC reported the breach to the California Attorney General and to the Texas Attorney General. In Texas alone, 1,836 people were reported as affected. ISC notified affected individuals by U.S. Mail.

- Names
- Addresses
- Driver’s license numbers
- Financial information (such as account numbers, credit or debit card numbers)
- Dates of birth
