What Happened?
On April 23, 2026, Interstate Management Company confirmed that personal information may have been accessed or taken from certain hotel systems. The unauthorized access occurred between Nov. 19, 2025, and Nov. 22, 2025.
The company took steps to secure its systems, investigate the incident, and identify the data and individuals affected.
A total of 22,743 people in the United States were impacted. Written notice was sent to affected individuals on May 26, 2026.
