
Interstate Management Co. LLC, a hotel management company now operating under Aimbridge Hospitality, disclosed a data breach that affected approximately 22,743 people in the United States.
According to the disclosure filed with the Maine Attorney General, an unauthorized actor may have accessed or taken personal information from certain hotel systems between Nov. 19, 2025, and Nov. 22, 2025. Specifically, the company identified one affected property as The Westin San Diego Bayview.
The breach went undetected for roughly five months before the company confirmed it. Once the incident was detected, Interstate Management secured its systems and launched an investigation.
The review determined that the personal information potentially subject to unauthorized access includes names, Social Security numbers and financial account information.
The breach was additionally disclosed to the Vermont Attorney General.
The company is offering affected individuals free credit monitoring and identity protection services through IDX. These services include credit and CyberScan monitoring, a $1 million insurance reimbursement policy and fully managed identity theft recovery services. Individuals who wish to enroll must do so by Aug. 26, 2026.
To sign up, affected individuals can visit the IDX enrollment page and enter the unique enrollment code provided in their notification letter.
