The investigation revealed that unauthorized access occurred at various times between Oct. 25, 2025, and Nov. 29, 2025, and that certain files were accessed or copied.
After a comprehensive review, Hogan determined on March 31, 2026, that sensitive information belonging to consumers may have been involved.
