What happened?

In July 2025, HCIactive discovered suspicious activity on its computer network. The company determined that an unauthorized actor accessed and copied certain files between July 8 and July 12, 2025. The compromised files contained sensitive information related to the services it provides to customers.

The total number of impacted individuals has not been released but may include several thousand HCIactive customers.

Healthcare Interactive published a Notice of Data Privacy Event on its website and is notifying affected individuals by mail.
