What Happened?

On April 3, 2026, Frontwave Credit Union learned from one of its service providers about an inadvertent disclosure of non-public information.

This incident resulted in certain member information being mistakenly sent to another credit union. Upon notice, the receiving credit union deleted the data and confirmed the incident was isolated.

The following types of consumer information were exposed:
