Exposed information may include personally identifiable information (PII) such as name, address, Social Security number, date of birth, financial account information and other personal financial details. New American Funding, a mortgage lender using Mobile Notary Zone's services has notified customers that the data breach occurred.

The number of individuals affected is not known, but could be in the thousands. Mobile Notary Zone has not yet released a list of companies and/or individuals with documents and data compromised in the data breach.
