How much are settlement payments?
Class members have the following benefit options:
- Out-of-pocket losses: Class members can claim up to $4,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses that occurred between Sept. 2, 2025, and Nov. 16, 2026, and are traceable to the data breach. This includes monetary losses due to identity theft or fraud; fees for credit reports, monitoring or freezing/unfreezing credit; costs to replace IDs and postage to contact financial institutions.
- Alternate cash payment: Class members who do not submit an out-of-pocket losses claim can submit a claim to receive a one-time $50 cash payment.
- Credit monitoring services: All class members can elect to receive two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete. Services include $1 million of financial fraud insurance, access to a fraud resolution agent and monitoring for fraud, identity theft, unauthorized financial and high-risk transactions.
How to claim a class action rebate
To receive a settlement payment, class members can file a claim online or print and complete the PDF claim form, and mail it to the settlement administrator.
