On Nov. 19, 2025, Doctors Hospital at Renaissance, Ltd. ("DHR Health"), a major healthcare provider in Edinburg, Texas, reported a data breach that impacted a significant number of individuals. An investigation revealed that both personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI) of at least 33,646 individuals were compromised.
