Who can file a Tractor Supply claim?
Class members must meet all of the following criteria:
- They applied for a job opening in the state of Washington with Tractor Supply Co. between Jan. 1, 2023, and May 2, 2025.
- They submitted their application through a job posting on Tractor Supply Co.'s website or a third-party recruiting channel.
- The job posting did not include a wage scale, salary range and/or a general description of benefits or other compensation.
How much is the job posting payment?
Pro rata payment: Each eligible class member who submits a valid claim form is expected to receive a payment of at least $1,248.30. The final payment amount may be higher, up to a maximum of $5,000, depending on the total number of valid claims submitted.
The total settlement fund ranges from $277,168.30 to $402,000. The actual amount each class member receives will be determined by dividing the net settlement fund (after deducting attorneys' fees, costs and service awards) equally among all valid claimants.
How to claim a pay transparency class action rebate
Class members can file a claim online or download, print, complete and mail or email the PDF claim form (Page 25) to the settlement administrator. The claim deadline is Aug. 15, 2025.
