
Individuals who received a ringless voicemail from NRS Pay on their cell phone in the United States between Jan. 8, 2020, and the date of final court approval may be eligible to submit a claim for up to $135 from a class action settlement. The settlement class includes at least 50,000 people.
National Retail Solutions Inc, also known as NRS Pay, agreed to pay up to $6.51 million to settle a class action lawsuit claiming it sent prerecorded telemarketing ringless voicemails to individuals without their prior express written consent in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Who can file a claim for a TCPA payout?
Class members must meet the following criteria:
- They received a ringless voicemail on their cellular telephone while residing in the United States between Jan. 8, 2020, and the final approval date.
- NRS Pay, either directly or through VoiceLogic’s services or by VoiceLogic at NRS Pay’s request, sent the voicemail.
How much is the settlement payment?
Pro rata cash payment: Class members can submit a claim to receive a pro rata cash payment of up to $135 from the net settlement fund. The settlement administrator will determine the final payment by the total number of claims filed.
How to claim a class action rebate
To receive a settlement payment, class members can file a claim online or print the PDF claim form to complete and mail to the settlement administrator.

When is the NRS Pay TCPA settlement payout date?
The settlement administrator will issue payments to approved claimants approximately 60 days after the court grants final approval of the settlement.

This class action lawsuit alleged National Retail Solutions Inc. d/b/a NRS Pay sent prerecorded telemarketing ringless voicemails to cell phones without obtaining prior express written consent in violation of the TCPA.
