Nectar, DreamcCloud, Siena Mattress Discount Settlement

Customers who bought a product from Siena, Nectar, DreamCloud, CloverLane or Awara between March 1, 2021, and April 10, 2026, at a price advertised as a discount from a higher reference price may be eligible to claim a $30 voucher from a class action settlement.

Resident Home LLC agreed to pay $665,000 to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging it advertised false or deceptive discounts on its e-commerce websites.

Who can file a claim?

Individuals are considered class members if they meet all of the following criteria:

  • They purchased one or more products from Siena, Nectar, DreamCloud, CloverLane or Awara.
  • They made the purchase purchase between March 1, 2021, and April 10, 2026.
  • Resident Home advertised the product as being sold at a discount from a higher reference price.
  • They did not received a refund or credit for their purchase(s).

The settlement administrator will verify eligibility based on the information provided and Resident Home’s records.

How much can class members receive?

Each eligible class member who submits a valid claim will receive a $30 voucher. They can use this voucher for a single purchase on any of the retail websites Resident Home or its affiliates or designees operate.

Class members can redeem the voucher for one purchase only. It does not require a minimum purchase. The voucher is transferable but not replaceable if lost or stolen. It is valid for nine months from the date of distribute and has no residual value of the purchase is less than $30.

How to claim a voucher

Class members can file an online claim form or download, print and complete the PDF claim form.pdf) and mail it to the settlement administrator.

The claim form requires the following information:

  • Name
  • Mailing address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Attestation that the class member made a qualifying purchase between March 1, 2021, and April 10, 2026
  • Signature and date

The claim deadline is July 10, 2026.

What proof or documentation is necessary to submit a claim?

All class members must provide the notice ID from the personalized notice they received via mail or email. Online claimants must also provide the confirmation code from the same notice.

Payout options

The settlement administrator will mail vouchers to the address the claimant provides on the claim form.

Resident Home settlement fund

The settlement fund covers:

  • Settlement administration costs: Up to $2,500,000
  • Attorneys’ fees and costs: Up to $665,000
  • Service award to named plaintiff: $2,500
  • Payments to eligible class members: $30 voucher per valid claim (no specified cap)

  • Fairness hearing: Sept. 11, 2026

When is the Molloy v. Resident Home LLC payout date?

The settlement administrator will distribute vouchers by email within 60 days after the final settlement date, which occurs after the court resolves all appeals and grants final approval to the settlement.

Why is there a class action settlement?

The class action lawsuit claimed Resident Home LLC advertised false or deceptive discounts on its e-commerce websites, including Siena, Nectar, DreamCloud, CloverLane and Awara. The plaintiff alleged these practices violated California’s Unfair Competition Law and Consumer Legal Remedies Act.

Resident Home denied all allegations of wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid the costs, risks and uncertainties of continued litigation.
