Job applicants who applied for a position in Washington with Jeff, Pat, Chris LLC, Farmer Pies Inc. or Farmer Co-op LLC between Jan. 1, 2023, and Aug. 22, 2025, may qualify to receive an estimated $95.35 from a class action settlement.
Jeff, Pat, Chris LLC (doing business as Domino’s Pizza), Farmer Pies Inc. and Farmer Co-op LLC agreed to pay $900,000 to settle a class action lawsuit alleging they failed to include wage scales or salary ranges in job postings for Washington-based positions as required by state law.
Who are the class members?
Class members must meet the following criteria:
- They applied for a job opening in the state of Washington with Jeff, Pat, Chris LLC, Farmer Pies Inc. or Farmer Co-op LLC.
- They submitted their application between Jan. 1, 2023, and Aug. 22, 2025.
- The job posting they responded to did not include a wage scale or salary range.
The settlement administrator used the defendants’ records to identify class members.
How much is the Domino's payout?
Each eligible class member who does not exclude themselves from the settlement will receive an equal share of the net settlement fund. The estimated payment per person is $95.35. This amount is based on an estimated 6,538 class members and the total class fund after deductions for attorneys’ fees, service awards and administration costs.
All payments will be treated as non-wage damages and reported on a 1099 form.
No action needed to receive payment
Class members do not need to file a claim to receive payment. Those who are eligible and do not exclude themselves will automatically receive a check by mail at their last known address. Class members whose address has changed since they applied for the job should update their information with the settlement administrator to ensure they receive payment.

Why did this class action settlement happen?
The class action lawsuit alleged Jeff, Pat, Chris LLC, Farmer Pies Inc. and Farmer Co-op LLC violated Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunities Act by failing to disclose wage scales or salary ranges in job postings for open positions in Washington.
The companies denied any wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid the uncertainty, risks and expense of ongoing litigation.
