
If you received at least two text messages from Summa Media, LLC, Farha Roofing, LLC, or Farha Roofing KC, LLC on your residential cell phone between September 13, 2019, and October 16, 2024, you may be eligible to submit a claim for between $250 and $500 from a class action settlement.
Farha Roofing, LLC, Farha Roofing KC, LLC, and Summa Media, LLC have agreed to pay $250,000 to settle a class action lawsuit. The class action lawsuit alleges that these companies sent non-emergency advertising and marketing text messages to consumers’ cell phones without proper consent and without providing all required sender information, in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Who can file for a TCPA payout?
Class members must meet the following criteria:
- You reside in the United States and received two or more text messages within a 12-month period from Summa Media, LLC, Farha Roofing, LLC, or Farha Roofing KC, LLC.
- The text messages promoted goods or services of Farha Roofing, LLC, Farha Roofing KC, LLC, or their business partners.
- The text messages were sent to your cell phone number, which you use as a residential telephone number, between September 13, 2019, and October 16, 2024.
How much is the class action settlement payment?
Pro Rata Cash Payment: Each approved claimant will receive an equal cash payment, final amount to be determined by the number of claims submitted.
How to claim a TCPA class action rebate
To receive a settlement payment, class members must submit a claim form by the deadline of June 13, 2025. There are two ways to file your claim:
- You can file a claim online through the settlement website.
- Class members can also download the PDF claim form to print and mail to the settlement administrator.

Class members with valid claims will receive a paper check mailed to the address provided on the claim form.
$250,000 TCPA class action settlement fund
The settlement fund includes the following:
- Settlement administration costs: Not to exceed $30,000
- Attorneys' fees: Up to $83,333.33
- Attorneys' expenses: Not to exceed $8,000
- Service award to class representative: Up to $10,000
- Payments to approved claimants: Remaining settlement balance

When is the Farha Roofing TCPA settlement payout date?
The final hearing will take place in court on July 22, 2025. Payments will be issued to class members with valid claims approximately 60 days after the judge grants final approval.
