Job seekers who applied for a position in Washington with Aladdin Food Management LLC, Elior Inc., Lancer Food and Beverage LLC or related entities between Jan. 1, 2023, and June 12, 2025, in which the job posting did not include required wage or benefits information may be eligible to claim between $672.76 and $5,000 from a class action settlement.

Who can file a claim?

Class members must meet all of the following criteria:

  • They applied for a job opening in the state of Washington with Aladdin Food Management LLC, Elior Inc., Lancer Food and Beverage LLC or their related entities (including Lancer Food Holdings LLC dba Lancer Hospitality, Aladdin Food Management Services LLC, Aladdin Food Management Services LLC dba Lexington Independents and Summit Food Service LLC).
  • They submitted their application between Jan. 1, 2023, and June 12, 2025.
  • The job posting for the position did not disclose the wage scale, salary range or a general description of all benefits and other compensation to be offered to the hired applicant.

How much can class members get?

The settlement fund is a minimum of $795,147.25 and a maximum of $1,261,000. Eligible class members who submit a valid claim form can receive an equal share of the fund estimated at $672.76, but the amount could be as high as $5,000 depending on the total number of valid claims submitted. The settlement administrator will determine each claimant's actual payment by dividing the net settlement fund by the number of valid claims.

Payments will be reported as non-wage damages and interest on a Form 1099-MISC.

How to claim a class action rebate

Class members can file a claim online or download, print and complete the PDF claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator. The claim deadline is Nov. 17, 2025.

Is proof/documentation required to submit a claim?

  • To file an online claim, class members must enter the CPT ID and passcode located on the upper right-hand corner of the settlement notice they received. Those who do not have a CPT ID and/or passcode or misplaced theirs should call 1-888-400-1726 or email AladdinFoodMgmtsettlement@cptgroup.com.
  • All claimants must provide their Social Security number for tax reporting purposes.

Payout options

The settlement administrator will mail paper checks to the address class members provide on their claim form. All checks will expire and become void 181 days after issuance.

Up to $1.26 million settlement fund breakdown

The $795,147.25, to $1,260,000 settlement fund includes:

  • Attorneys' fees: Up to $371,995
  • Attorneys' expenses: Up to $2,000
  • Service awards to class representatives: $10,000 each ($20,000 total)
  • Payments to eligible class members: The remainder of the fund
