
Consumers who were not AutoZone Rewards members and placed an order on AutoZone.com while living in Pennsylvania between Jan. 1, 2022, and Jan. 1, 2024, may qualify to claim $20 from a class action settlement.
AutoZone Inc. and AutoZone.com Inc. agreed to pay $1,233,820 to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging violations of the Pennsylvania Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act. The lawsuit claimed AutoZone used session replay technology on its website to track users’ mouse movements and clicks without their consent.
Who can file a claim?
Class members must meet all of the following criteria:
- They resided in Pennsylvania at any time between Jan. 1, 2022, and Jan. 1, 2024.
- They placed an order on AutoZone.com during that period.
- They were not a member of the AutoZone Rewards program at the time of their order.
The settlement administrator identified class members based on email addresses associated with orders placed on AutoZone.com. Those who received a notice via email are linked to a qualifying order.
How much can class members get?
Each eligible class member who submits a valid claim will receive a $20 cash payment. If the total valid claims exceed the settlement fund, the settlement administrator may reduce payments on a pro rata basis.
How to claim a class action payment
Class members can file a claim online or download, print, complete and mail a PDF claim form to the settlement administrator. The claim deadline is Nov. 13, 2025.

When is the AutoZone class action settlement payout date?
