What Happened?
US Tiger discovered a data breach on July 10, 2025.
The breach occurred between July 8, 2025, and July 9, 2025, when files were encrypted and copied by an unauthorized third party from the company’s virtual back-office environment.
The breach did not impact the production environment or customer-facing trading operations.
After a thorough forensic investigation, it was determined that sensitive personal information was exposed.
The company completed its review on April 17, 2026, and began notifying affected individuals by written notice on May 15, 2026.
Information Exposed:
- Government ID numbers
- Names
- Addresses
- Social Security numbers
- Driver’s license numbers
- Government-issued ID numbers (such as passport numbers and state ID cards)
- Medical information
- Health insurance information
In total, 26,985 individuals in the United States were affected, including 1,417 residents in Texas, 31 in Maine and 17 in Vermont.
