What Happened?

In June 2025, TRG, LLC reported a data breach that exposed both personal and protected health information of 70,434 individuals. The breach was disclosed to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the California, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Texas Attorney Generals' offices on June 18, 2025. Affected individuals include 257 Texas residents, 24 in Massachusetts and 22 in New Hampshire.
