PMI also offers field services such as turnarounds, shutdowns, maintenance, construction, structural steel and piping installation, equipment setting, heat exchanger retubes, hydro-blasting, scaffolding, insulation, and janitorial services.
What Happened?
On Sept. 30, 2025, PMI detected irregular activity within its computer network.
The company secured its network and began an investigation. It was determined that on that same day, an unauthorized actor gained access to certain computer systems and potentially accessed or acquired files stored on those systems.
PMI completed a thorough review of the relevant files to identify individuals whose personal information may have been impacted. The types of information exposed in this breach include:

- Names
- Social Security numbers
- Driver’s license or state ID numbers
- Financial account information
- Health insurance information
- Usernames and passwords
- Passport numbers
The company notified affected individuals by written notice on March 30, 2026. So far, 12,227 Texas residents and one Maine resident were impacted as a result of the breach.
