Following the merger, OnTrac began providing coast-to-coast coverage, serving about 80 percent of the U.S. population in 31 states and Washington, D.C. OnTrac focuses on e-commerce parcel delivery, partnering with large retailers and shippers to offer fast and reliable home deliveries. The company has a workforce of over 1,300 employees and has reached nearly 250 million consumers.
What happened?
OnTrac discovered suspicious activity on its network on April 15, 2025, involving unauthorized access to sensitive consumer information. An unauthorized actor accessed files on the OnTrac network between April 13 and April 15, 2025.
The breach impacted at least 40,017 people across the United States. OnTrac notified affected individuals by mail on Aug. 27, 2025.

This breach was also reported to several state attorney general offices beginning on Aug. 27, 2025, including California, Maine, Massachusetts and Texas.
