The company responded by launching an investigation with the help of a forensic firm. After reviewing the affected files, Nassau OOGP Vision Group determined that sensitive customer information related to contact lens orders was involved.

- Shipping addresses
- Prescription information
According to the company, Social Security numbers, financial information and treatment information were not included in the breach. The incident was reported to the California Attorney General's office on Feb. 12, 2026.
