The August 2025 Data Breach

Integrity Testing & Safety Administrators experienced a data breach on or around March 27, 2025. An investigation determined that a cybercriminal gained access to the company's internal network. The unauthorized actor accessed or acquired sensitive personal data belonging to Frontier Airlines current and former applicants and employees.

ITSA began notifying affected individuals by mail on Aug. 15, 2025. The total number of impacted Fronter Airlines applicants and employees has not been released.

The cybersecurity incident was disclosed to the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Attorney Generals' offices on Sept. 11, 2025.
