Integrity Testing & Safety Administrators Inc. (ITSA), a third-party administrator specializing in workplace drug and alcohol testing, experienced a data breach. The cybersecurity incident took place on or about March 27, 2025. A review took place and it was determined that the breach compromised the personally identifiable information (PII) of of Frontier Airlines current and former applicants and employees.
On Aug. 1, 2025, a review was completed and the company determined that an unauthorized actor gained access to internal systems and accessed or acquired the sensitive data belonging to Frontier airlines. Exposed information included names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers and driver's license numbers.
Integrity Testing & Safety Administrators began notifying Frontier Airline applicants and current and former employees by mail on Aug. 15, 2025. The breach is considered serious and puts individuals at risk for identity theft.
The cybersecurity incident was disclosed to the Massachusetts Attorney General and the New Hampshire Attorney General on Sept. 11, 2025.
