What Happened?
On Dec. 22, 2024, Income Property Management discovered unauthorized activity on its network.
After engaging an IT security firm, IPM learned that files were taken from its network by an unauthorized actor on or around Jan. 29, 2025. A detailed review determined that these files contained personally identifiable information. The review was completed on Dec. 4, 2025.
