What Happened?
Gateways Community Services discovered a data security incident that may have involved sensitive personal information.
The breach was first reported to the Massachusetts Attorney General on May 5, 2026. A total of 689 individuals were impacting, including at least 29 Massachusetts residents and 15 Maine residents.
The exposed information was found on Form W-2 documents and may include:

- Names
- Addresses
- Social Security numbers
- Federal, state and local tax withholdings
- Employer Identification Numbers
