What Happened?

On March 17, 2025, Compassion Health Care detected suspicious activity on its network, which resulted in a network interruption. An investigation with the help of a third-party cybersecurity firm revealed that an unauthorized third party may have viewed or downloaded sensitive data stored on certain systems.

By March 21, 2025, it became clear that both patient and employee/vendor information had potentially been compromised.
