The investigation revealed that an unauthorized third party accessed certain systems and acquired files on Oct. 24, 2025. By Dec. 18, 2025, it was determined that personal information had been compromised.

The breach affected 33,381 people in the United States, with smaller numbers reported in specific states, including one in Maine and nine in Massachusetts. Written notifications were sent to affected individuals beginning Jan. 8, 2026.
